Aerodrome Weather Observation and Report

It is responsibility of the TOWER controller to advise pilot under his control in the prevailing weather changes significantly from the last reported. Reports by pilots of significant weather phenomena experienced during the final approach phase shall also be relayed to all following aircraft concerned.
