Irrespective weather conditions, departure IFR will be transferred from AERODROME CONTROL TOWER to SEAHORSE APPROACH CONTROL OFFICE immediately after the aircraft is airborne.

AERODROME CONTROL TOWER shall ensure that the departure IFR is separated from other arriving (IFR/VISUAL FLIGHT RULES) traffic in accordance with the minima specified at the aerodrome.

Departure VISUAL FLIGHT RULES traffic shall be cleared to be on VISUAL FLIGHT RULES corridor as soon
as possible.
Departure VISUAL FLIGHT RULES traffic will be transferred from AERODROME CONTROL TOWER to SEAHORSE APPROACH CONTROL OFFICE at point ALPHA (for westbound traffic) or point BRAVO (for eastbound traffic) or at any point/time/level agreed by AERODROME CONTROL TOWER and SEAHORSE APPROACH CONTROL OFFICE.
