An inspection of the aerodrome
surface and boundaries shall be made as soon as practicable :
a) after day light begin;
b) before night operation begin;
c) after heavy rain;
d) when reports are made by pilot
of abnormal runway surface; or
e) when reports are received from
maintenance personnel that repairs on runway resurfacing have been completed.
