GENERAL
Aerodrome Control Tower (AERODROME CONTROL TOWER), provides :
a) aerodrome control service;
b) flight information service;
and
c) alerting service
within its area of jurisdiction
as specified in the letter of agreement between Seahorse Aerodrome Control
Tower (AERODROME CONTROL TOWER), Seahorse Approach Control Office (SEAHORSE
APPROACH CONTROL OFFICE) and Batfish Control Center (BATFISH CONTROL CENTER).
AERODROME CONTROL TOWER in
conducting the responsibility specified in Aerodrome Control Tower (AERODROME
CONTROL TOWER), provides: a) aerodrome control service, b) flight information
service; and c) alerting service. shall issue information,
clearances and instructions to achieve a safe, orderly and expeditious flow of
air traffic on and in the vicinity of Seahorse aerodrome with the object of
preventing collision(s) between: AERODROME CONTROL TOWER in conducting the
responsibility specified in Aerodrome Control Tower (AERODROME CONTROL TOWER),
provides: a) aerodrome control service, b) flight information service; and c)
alerting service. shall issue information, clearances and instructions to
achieve a safe, orderly and expeditious flow of air traffic on and in the
vicinity of Seahorse.
a) aircraft flying within the designated area of responsibility of
the control tower, including the aerodrome traffic circuits;
b) aircraft operating on the maneuvering
area;
c) aircraft landing and taking
off;
d) aircraft and vehicles
operating on the maneuvering area;
e) aircraft on the maneuvering
area and obstructions on that area.
Control of traffic on the
maneuvering area come under the control of AERODROME
CONTROL TOWER, whereas the control of traffic in the air may be shared
between AERODROME CONTROL TOWER
and SEAHORSE APPROACH CONTROL OFFICE. Normally departing IFR traffic will be
transferred by AERODROME CONTROL TOWER to SEAHORSE APPROACH CONTROL OFFICE
immediately after airborne, while arriving traffic will be transferred by SEAHORSE
APPROACH CONTROL OFFICE to AERODROME CONTROL TOWER when properly sequenced for
